I would most defenetly go with microsoft outlook. But in order for you to use microsoft outlook you must already have an account setup somewhere. If you are refering to setting up a new e-mail account, I would recommend Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail from microsoft. All three of this can be configured to download the messages to outlook as well. So you can have an account setup with gmail and have the messages forwared to your outlook client keeping a copy in the server (the actual website where you go to retrieve your e-mail).
There are many different type of servers you can use with outlook, this include, IMAP, POP3, Exchange and some http servers such as hotmail are supported.
Outlook just as outlooke express, incredit mail, thunderbird and others are just clients. In order for them to work, you need to already have an account from somewhere and know your servers and connection requirements. You can get this info from whaterver e-mail provider you choose to use. Good luck.

Is it possible to customise your signature by uploading your logo (saved as JPEG or GIF file) with web based email such as Yahoo? I have tried to do this, but I don't think web based mail allows it, unlike other email (such as Outlook, Entourage, etc).

hi, i am currently using yahoo to send large group emails but find it a complete pain, as the number of people i want to send to is more than the hourly limit of emails i can send. i also have to send several emails to reach all the people, as it doesn't seem to allow me to send one huge one. which free, web-based mail provider will allow me to send messages to about 300 people at one time?

In fact I'm looking for something exactly like Outlook Web Access (OWA) but we don't have exchange server so I can't use OWA.

why dont u try use squirrel mail? this is an alternative to use webmail while using your own domain name, but you must have webhosting with some webhosting company such as godaddy etc, and u need to register your own domain name to this webhosting.
once u got your domain and webhosting, then u will have your own private or company name.. for example
your domain name ... smartguy.com
then you can create your own email name@smartguy.com
etc..

Why can't I email web sites to others?
If I was on a site %26amp; I right-clicked to email it to someone, I fill in their address,click send and a box pops up %26amp; says error %26amp; it won't let me send it. subject but far from any expert.
A problem I've had with ISA in the past was that all outbound traffic came
through a single IP address which caused problems with the email servers.
(I'm not certain this was due to ISA but it appeared to be). Additionally
since it runs on server hardware I'm concerned that routing all the traffic
through an ISA server may cause bottlenecks.
I need to make sure running traffic through the firewall doesn't create a
bottleneck. (We currently average about 500Kbps sometimes spiking to over
1Mbps)

I don't currently need port mapping, port redirection, or VPN

Reset you Network.
Heres how.
Unplug your cable/dsl modem. Plug it back in (Soem modems have a back up battery so if you unplug your modem and its still on, plug it back in and look for a reset switch and then find something like a paper clip that can push the button and reset your mdem that way.)
Wait for the cable light to be lit up SOLID, not BLINKING OR OFF.
Then if your behind a Hub/Switch/Router Or any Ethernet Spliting device, Reset that, by unplugig and plugijng back in. or hitting reset button.
Then (This ONLY Applies to people who have a wireless access point on their router.) Reset your Access point, by unplugging and plugging back in or hitting the reset button.
The the final step is to restart your computers.
Try and see if that works.

Reply:Your ISP will have a virtual POP sever for your account. The name of the server will be something like pop.%26lt;yourdomian%26gt;.com or mail.%26lt;yourdomain%26gt;.com. Reply:Your ISP will have a virtual POP sever for your account. The name of the server will be something like pop.%26lt;yourdomian%26gt;.com or mail.%26lt;yourdomain%26gt;.com. Set up your mail client with those details and the password for your account and voila!

WOW.. did you know that yahoo answers can be searched by email via web?
My husband was able to pull up individual questions by using my email in the google search bar. Nothing is safe.

Yes. I knew that. It has nothing to do with safety. There are a number of ways to use Google that will lead to questions and answers on Yahoo! Answers. Y!A never claimed to make our questions or answers unaccessable when using a search engine. That's why I would never use Y!A to ask anything personal. Personally, I don't want complete strangers knowing my personal business. I keep my questions to things like taxes, technical/computer/software questions, and the occasional question about the workings of Yahoo! Answers, or another Yahoo! service.

Adobe 5 PDF hyperlinks - printing a document with web or email hyperlinks?
When I print to the Adobe PDF Writer printer driver from a Word or Excel file which contains hyperlinks in order to convert to the document to PDF format, I would like the hyperlinks to work in the finished PDF file. This isn't happening automatically. I thought it did at one point, but it's not working now. Does anyone know if there's something I can do to ensure this happens?

I'm a beginner artist/painter who is trying to set up a freelance art business. So far sales have been going well and it is now time to work towards full-time. I'm planning to go to several local art and craft shows next summer. Also apply to juried shows at galleries.

1) Go to the web page that you would like to send in an email.
Once you see the precise page you'd like to send, Press the "Print Scrn/SysRq" button located to the right of your "F12" button. The Print Screen key will enable you to capture an exact image of whatever is present on the screen at the moment you press the key.
2) Open MS Outlook and start a new outgoing email message.
3) Press "Control + V" within the body portion of the email and VOILA! The image of the screen you just captured should pop up within the body of the email, right before your eyes.
4) You can now send this message as is, or you may add a message in the ordinary fashion, and click send. You can capture any image on the screen with the "Print Scrn" key. You can even capture images and paste them within an image editor if you'd like to adjust or manipulate the capture before you send it.

I sell some phones, and that's the rate for Sprint and AT%26amp;T BB Plans that are email and web access. If you mean accessing the internet on a computer by connecting through your blackberry, then no. That's called tethering and will definately cost more.

The best thing to do is convert back to mail classic, no problems in the old mail, unlike the new mail, it's full of glitches

Why does my Web-email (PHP-based) hang up after loading successfully?
The user ID and password match correctly and the page starts loading. Then, suddenly it generates a screen like this and I cannot log-in anymore.

You can try to use another browser rather than using IE. You can switch back to Yahoo Mail classic. To do this login to your yahoo mail and click on “Mail classic” which you can find beside “My Account” on the top of the page. If you still can’t get back to you Mail classic then click on “Trouble logging in?” Once you click on this you will be taken to another page where you can select appropriate link to get back to the Mail classic.

How can I get my parents to get me the full data plan for the Sidekick? I have unlimited texting, but they said that if I want IM, email, and web, they would buy a program to see if I use the Internet. This is so ridiculous! They know I'm responsible, and they think I'm going to get in trouble on the internet or something. I seriously have no interest in getting in trouble and getting raped. Ok, so I have the great idea of starting up a website for my small, nothing fancy business. I bought the Starter plus package, (second package out of 3) from www.123-reg.co.uk that gives me web space, and loads of other stuff lol! and it also gives me 25 POP3 mailboxes. Ive tried for two days to try and configure or whatever them so instead of having an '@pophost.123-reg.co.uk' ending, they end in my domain name...now im thinking, its not possible! Can I do this? or do I have to purchase extra email things that end in my domain name seperately?

So looking for somewhere to transfer my 3 domains over too, each one has 1 email address with it, one is my main domain and has about 5 email accounts, webspace I just dont need as the domains are forwarding url's. so just need somewhere which can keep my domains registered but also offers email hosting...
The only one I can find is fasthosts, but they seem to get really bad reviews, though all of them I looked at so far seem to also!

Windows has an "Auto remember" of what the window size and location was the last time you closed the program. So the next time you open this program it will be the same size and in the same location.
Meaning ---

Well Personally I don't use the usb I use a code that automatically connects me to the internet. I don't think that you can e-mail anything over the DS Wifi connection either.

Can anyone tell me how to email Flickr I cannot access it even though I have allowed site in my web browser?
I have received an email saying my switch to Flickr has been successful but I cannot log in. I have tried both Internet Explorer and Mozilla but cannot access with either, even though I have added the Flickr site to my allowed websites. I have cleared my cookies and my temporary internet files and re-started my browser session. I cannot find any way of emailing Flickr for help. Has anyone had this problem and sorted it please.

i just tried and i got through just fine. in your yahoo browser, type in www.flickr.com. then put in your password if it ask for it. good luck.

How do I stop outlook express from taking over when I try to send email form a web site or another page?
I have yahoo email. it works fine when compose and send email while in yahoo acct. If I try to send somthing to a friend while in a web site or another page outlook express takes over and does't work. How do I get rid of outlook express?
On my other computer it opens in my yahoo ready to send all I have to do is put in their email address and send it.

if you want to use outlook or incredimail with your internet service provider
call your internet service provider for incomming and out going server info
then open outlook or incredimail etc
at top choose tools
then accounts
then click mail
choose add
enter incomming and out going server,password,user name info etc

What is 'yahoo sync'. I want to buy a PDA and be able to sync addressbook/ email with the web and my 2 PCs.
YAHOO synch allows your palm to synch its data with yahoo calenders, yahoo notes, yahoo e-mail (addresses).
Useful if you use yahoo mail and use calender, notes, etc AND you also own palm devices. Useless otherwise.

In the Help menu, it says you can change the color of your email screen through the Appearances drop down menu. But I cant find the Appearances drop down menu?!?!?!? When I came in today my email was red and I have no idea how it got like that but I hate it! Please help!!!

Scroll down to Apearance
Choose default (blue) from the dropdown selections.
Click Save and Close at the top left
//note - Appearance is an option in the Options menu for Exchange 2003 located immediately under Privacy and Junk E-mail prevention. I'm looking right at it and already changed my colors three times. If you can't find it check with your network admins. They'll know where it is.
