This happens on ALL attachements! When I hit "diagnose connection problems" it comes back "no problems found" -
I can't open any email attachment. The error message says it "cannot display the web page" What can I do?
A Yahoo posting suggests that you disable scanning attachments in your anti virus software.If that fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?s... click yes when asked do you want to opt out. Hope this helps.
