i do not want to get my sent email with gmail web interface into my outlook inbox anymore.
only the new mail.
If i send an email using gmail web interface, i get that email via outlook in my inbox.how to fix it?
I think there is an option for this in gmail. However, I like to have my sent items in outlook so here's what I do. I setup a rule in outlook with all my gmail addresses as sender and have outlook send the email to the sent items folder. I don't CC myself on gmail emails so this works for me.
If you do CC mail to yourself, you can setup a similar rule (called filters in Gmail options) in gmail itself and exclude that folder from being sent to POP3 queries. The easiest thing to do is to tag all emails from yourself as spam. However, the gmail spam enginge is shared so your emails could be tagged as spam for other gmail users you send email to. You can fine tune the outlook rule so that it only moves certain email automatically. To do that I would need to know your email habbits and so forth, so I cannot give you more details on how to do that.
