I have internett connection but I can麓t see web pages or read email, 驴what麓s the problem?

My internet provider said "everything is OK, and your computer has viruses" but their are a monopolic company and nobody help me. I麓ve killed viruses and spies and everything but my situation doesn麓t change. Please, I need guidance to resolve this!!!

Reset you Network.











Heres how.











Unplug your cable/dsl modem. Plug it back in (Soem modems have a back up battery so if you unplug your modem and its still on, plug it back in and look for a reset switch and then find something like a paper clip that can push the button and reset your mdem that way.)





Wait for the cable light to be lit up SOLID, not BLINKING OR OFF.











Then if your behind a Hub/Switch/Router Or any Ethernet Spliting device, Reset that, by unplugig and plugijng back in. or hitting reset button.











Then (This ONLY Applies to people who have a wireless access point on their router.) Reset your Access point, by unplugging and plugging back in or hitting the reset button.











The the final step is to restart your computers.








Try and see if that works.

Belkin: ring em up and start the disk configure it to 1 plugged internet/1 wireless internet


Linksys: Phone up Tell em that belkin is better than them


Blueyonder: get Virgin broadband
