Yes. I knew that. It has nothing to do with safety. There are a number of ways to use Google that will lead to questions and answers on Yahoo! Answers. Y!A never claimed to make our questions or answers unaccessable when using a search engine. That's why I would never use Y!A to ask anything personal. Personally, I don't want complete strangers knowing my personal business. I keep my questions to things like taxes, technical/computer/software questions, and the occasional question about the workings of Yahoo! Answers, or another Yahoo! service.

Adobe 5 PDF hyperlinks - printing a document with web or email hyperlinks?
When I print to the Adobe PDF Writer printer driver from a Word or Excel file which contains hyperlinks in order to convert to the document to PDF format, I would like the hyperlinks to work in the finished PDF file. This isn't happening automatically. I thought it did at one point, but it's not working now. Does anyone know if there's something I can do to ensure this happens?

I'm a beginner artist/painter who is trying to set up a freelance art business. So far sales have been going well and it is now time to work towards full-time. I'm planning to go to several local art and craft shows next summer. Also apply to juried shows at galleries.

I sell some phones, and that's the rate for Sprint and AT%26amp;T BB Plans that are email and web access. If you mean accessing the internet on a computer by connecting through your blackberry, then no. That's called tethering and will definately cost more.

Why does my Web-email (PHP-based) hang up after loading successfully?
The user ID and password match correctly and the page starts loading. Then, suddenly it generates a screen like this and I cannot log-in anymore.

You can try to use another browser rather than using IE. You can switch back to Yahoo Mail classic. To do this login to your yahoo mail and click on “Mail classic” which you can find beside “My Account” on the top of the page. If you still can’t get back to you Mail classic then click on “Trouble logging in?” Once you click on this you will be taken to another page where you can select appropriate link to get back to the Mail classic.

My email account is with yahoo (which is of course web based) when I want to email a company and click on there address link outlook express opens up and at the moment I have to copy and paste the email address into yahoo mail. How can I get my parents to get me the full data plan for the Sidekick? I have unlimited texting, but they said that if I want IM, email, and web, they would buy a program to see if I use the Internet. This is so ridiculous! They know I'm responsible, and they think I'm going to get in trouble on the internet or something. I seriously have no interest in getting in trouble and getting raped. But, how can I get them to get me the plan without them checking my phone everyday? I want them to treat me like an adult and part of them doing that is letting me take my own risks. Please help!!!

Ok, so I have the great idea of starting up a website for my small, nothing fancy business. I bought the Starter plus package, (second package out of 3) from www.123-reg.co.uk that gives me web space, and loads of other stuff lol! and it also gives me 25 POP3 mailboxes. Ive tried for two days to try and configure or whatever them so instead of having an '@pophost.123-reg.co.uk' ending, they end in my domain name...now im thinking, its not possible! Can I do this? or do I have to purchase extra email things that end in my domain name seperately?

paying a small fortune for 3 domains with 1 hosting package which just does not get used.
So looking for somewhere to transfer my 3 domains over too, each one has 1 email address with it, one is my main domain and has about 5 email accounts, webspace I just dont need as the domains are forwarding url's. so just need somewhere which can keep my domains registered but also offers email hosting...
The only one I can find is fasthosts, but they seem to get really bad reviews, though all of them I looked at so far seem to also!
Are there any well known "good" hosts out there which are just geared up for email rather than full website hosting packages ?

You can setup a Google app account for each of your domains. (there are instructions on their site).
Google basically provides you with a gmail interface for your email addresses (up to 50 email addresses per domain are included in a free plan). If you don't want to use gmail web interface (although it's the best :) ) you can turn on standard pop or imap mail, and use your favorite email client.
P.S. You also get a full google account including the calendar, google page creator (which you can use for a basic site, by redirecting your domain name), Google Talk, Google Docs...

Windows has an "Auto remember" of what the window size and location was the last time you closed the program. So the next time you open this program it will be the same size and in the same location.
Meaning ---
1. Open Internet Explorer

3. Hit the Red X at the top right corner

Well Personally I don't use the usb I use a code that automatically connects me to the internet. I don't think that you can e-mail anything over the DS Wifi connection either.

Can anyone tell me how to email Flickr I cannot access it even though I have allowed site in my web browser?
I have received an email saying my switch to Flickr has been successful but I cannot log in. I have tried both Internet Explorer and Mozilla but cannot access with either, even though I have added the Flickr site to my allowed websites. I have cleared my cookies and my temporary internet files and re-started my browser session. I cannot find any way of emailing Flickr for help. Has anyone had this problem and sorted it please.

In my outlook when i check my new emails after that it delete them from my web email ???
If you do not want Outlook to delete your emails and you want them to still be accessible in your webmail, do this: Go to Tools, Email Accounts, view or change existing email accounts, hit next, now choose the email account that you do not want Outlook to delete the emails from, highlight it and click change. Then in the lower right hand corner click More Settings. Now click the advanced tab and at the bottom there is a box to check to tell Outlook to leave a copy of the message on the server. Thus when you check your email with Outlook, it only downloads a copy and does not remove it from your webmail. If you want the email deleted you will have to do it through webmail or tell it not to leave a copy on the server. Hope this helps! This instructions are for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

I have not used it, but I would never recommend any Internet based service by Microsoft. Google and Yahoo are the way to go - both offer the same type of services. Surely your internet provider also gives you free email and web space too.

Yahoo! POP 3 and Web Email Filters?
Accessing Yahoo! email via web browser gives the option to set up Filters to route email to other folders. When using a POP3 client to download messages from Yahoo! mail, the email organized into these folders by the filters is not downloaded. How can I keep both my web-based Yahoo! and my POP3 client organized?

Is the Samsung D900 (black carbon) considered a smartphone? Is anyone using it for web/email? (specifically?
Its not really a smart phone it has a 3 Mega Pixel Camera with built in MP3 and blue tooth. You can set up email on this phone but it will not be able to read some files. You need a blackberry phone or try a PDA like the orbit. The D900 is not designed for email/web.

Web page and email typing problems?
when I am typing in an email or a web page, before I get to the end of the line the curser will jump back 3 or 4 words and stat typing over what I have already typed. It does it in email and when I type on a web page but not in word or excel. It doesn't do it all the time but it does it most of the time. Sometimes it jumps to where the mouse pointer is sitting so I moved the pointer off of the page but it still kicks back about 3 words. Any ideas?

I had this problem and i realised i was on the outdated AVG 7. If you haven't already updated to AVG 8 then try it as it fixed mine.

It's got nothing to with with antivirus scanning. But anyway if you go to programs and features you can un-install AGV, then try again. If it is causing you problems then you can install a new trial, like windows one care or avast. Just do a google search on them and type.(Free trial windows one care) and do the same for avast.

I believe I have a virus and I need help. I clicked on a email then a web site popped up and about two minutes
later my computer restarted all my itself. Now it will turn on and all of the sudden turned off. Then I get opinions to start in various modes. Safe mode wont work really and when I start windows normally my computer wont stay on long enough for a virus scan. I also get 60 seconds warnings from NTauthority applications warning me my comptuer will turn off. And some times just turns off all the sudden Can anyone help me please??? Maybe at least tell me the name of the virus.

%26gt; Will be prompted to restart windows, for chkdsk to perform
%26gt; Close all open windows
%26gt; Click 'Start'
%26gt; Click 'Turn Off Computer'
%26gt; Click 'Restart'
The system will reboot and run the chkdsk procedure, which will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Depends on size of hard drive, etc..
After it completes all 5 stages of the chkdsk, a message will display to let you know if the disk is OK. It only appears for a few seconds, so pay attention.

First-- there are literally hundreds of various virus infections
and it is highly unlikely that anyone will be able to do any more than give you some kind of wild guess as to the name for your particular problem-- and it DOES sound like a virus
Then--- do you have capability within your virus scan program for "quick scan"--- if so--- this might have enough time to nail this dog down !! A lot of the better anti-virus programs can quick scan a virus into the open rapidly-- especially if they are THAT much in control and prevelent !!
Otherwise-- with this thing being THAT aggressive-- my suggestion would be -- to turn your computer OFF and seek professional help from a Geek Squad locally to maybe bring in a scanning Disk to run up on this piece of rabid trash !!
