Does the Email & Web plan for the blackberry ( $29.99 ) from verizon include Unlimited data Usage ??

I sell some phones, and that's the rate for Sprint and AT%26amp;T BB Plans that are email and web access. If you mean accessing the internet on a computer by connecting through your blackberry, then no. That's called tethering and will definately cost more.
