Dr said I need to change background colors for email and searching the web from white. anyone know how?

dr said the white and blue backgrounds are not safe for me and I need to change them to orange, yellow, etc. can anyone help with that? Thanks

It depends upon which mail r u using, it may be Outlook or Web-Based mail, in web based mail there are way to change the background color and other labels. In Outlook also u can change your skin color from option.
Reply:Are you using Outlook for your email? In Outlook you can go to Tools, Options, Preferences or Mail Format to change the size of your font, background colors, etc.





For internet, go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display, then Appearance and change the settings for the colors you would like.
