I have BLUEHOST for web hosting and email but I dont like it...help and suggestions for replacement?

the email is slow, hardly ever connects. Can I get some webmail that is faster for a small law office? Thanks

get gmail accounts but with your own domain name.





This is the best solution for small businesses:





1. It's completely free!


2. Mails are in the cloud, so you can access them from anywhere, but over a secure SSH encrypted connection


(just change http://www to https://www)


3. But you can use any desktop or mobile mail client just like with gmail over POP3 or IMAP.


4. You also get Google calendar, Google docs...





There's a guide on Google apps site on setting it up.


Basically you just have to point your domain MX records to Google server. So you don't have to change host just for email.


Even if you switch hosts you'd probably get the same slow unresponsive email service you have now. They're all that bad.
Reply:Recommend you go with Microsoft Office Live Small Business, a free service - http://starturl.com/officelive . It comes with a free online design tool that lets you create web pages without coding. Additionally, you can upload your own entire website if you do not want to use its only design tool. Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourlawfirm.com) for the first year. Since you alerady host at Bluehost, presume you have your own domain. You can redirect that to Office Live. Office Live also provides 100 free email accounts - they use the Hotmail interface so the infrastructure is very stable, but using your own domain (i.e. email@yourlawfirm.com).

They have a really great offer %26amp; I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them. Their services are really fast and affordable. Godaddy is a good service. But these days their servers run slowly, because of overselling!
