Okay, i am registered for email with the site dbzgtlegacy.com. my sign in name is "tien", but i forgot what my password was and i can't remember the answer to the password recovery question. What can i do to get back into my inbox?

There is nothing legally you can do except write or e-mail the company that holds your e-amil account and prove to them who you are.

It is YOUR responsibility to remember your password.
This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. (even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.
But your question might be an honest mistake so it was not reported.
