I am building a web page and I want to add a program to it that will let me let people send email from my web page to a email address anyone know of any free programs that will let you do that ?

for any webhost supporting smtp
you can write simple perl/php code to allow user send mail to you
however if you are using some free webhost
you have to use some autoresponder only to manage the users
