Accessing Yahoo! email via web browser gives the option to set up Filters to route email to other folders. When using a POP3 client to download messages from Yahoo! mail, the email organized into these folders by the filters is not downloaded. How can I keep both my web-based Yahoo! and my POP3 client organized?

The filtering is client-specific. Yahoo's web-based email has its own rules for sorting email, and those will be different and nontransferable to a client such as Outlook Express or Eudora. You'd basically have to recreate your filters in your POP client if you want to maintain the same organizational scheme you have with your web-based email.
