There are many excellent websites out there with diabetic information. The American Diabetes Association is the best of the best and definitely the place to start.





As for other resources, try your local health department. Chances are that they have a diabetes program in place that can help you with just about anything you need to know about diabetes.





You mentioned email also. I work for a health department program just like the one I mentioned above and I would be more than willing to give you my personal email address.
