Does unlocked phones function the same as locked phones that have IM/ email/ MMS and web browsing?

i plan to buy an unlocked phone and I wanna make sure that it functions well.





I have T-mobile but the phone that I want does not go with my network ....

ok yes sorta if it is unlocked by a competent technicians then yes it should if by chance they screwed it up then no it wont!!!! i would make sure that there is a return policy or a warrenty but i would say 95% sure it should!!!!

AT%26amp;T would be the only company that you could go to because they use the GSM system.





Most unlocked phones will not work properly, especially the internet.
Reply:sometimes all the features that come with the phone or the carrier does not work when u unlock a phone.
