When I try to select text in my email and the web,the mouse cursor is not working?

Do you mean the mouse isnt moving?


unscrew base of mouse...clean round ball with pin or needle, it sometimes gets choked with fluff


borrow another mouse and try in your PC


try your mouse in another PC


Try another USB socket for mouse


if you do all that you should have an idea where fault lies
