How to send email to a yahoo address from a web site click?

I want to put a "Ask XXXXX" link on my webpage,and have it bring up Yahoo Mail with the To address filled in ; ie, XXXXX@yahoo.com.





I can readily link email when the sender has an email program on their computer, but Yahoo's Internet centered email has me stumped.
